What To Wear To Work: Fall Fashion Edition
I promise this post has nothing to do with teacher bae. I promise. I planned this post weeks before that viral picture. But I will say that how you present yourself at work is important. Whether it's right or not, people first impression of you is formed from non-verbal communication, such as your appearance and dress. Different workplaces call for different clothing choices. That being said, check your company's dress code policy and don't let my advice get you fired!
Here's what to wear to work this fall!
Blush and rose gold are a match made in heaven for the fall. If you are in a more creative or smart casual environment try a printed midi skirt and cut out booties. These elements (the cut out booties, the midi skirt and the light weight long sleeve) are great for keeping you warm in the mornings yet cool during the day.
Suede is another huge trend for the fall because it is both comfy and polished. So these grey suede shoes will do you well in the workplace. Keep the comfy going with relaxed yet professional black ankle pants and a blousy top with a cool pattern. Finish it up with a crossbody bag and stud earrings.
The shirtdress is the ultimate fall fashion piece. You can roll the sleeves up or down and wear them with or without tights. Green khaki is a popular color for the fall, but you find this dress in a khaki, black, etc. if you need a more conservative look. Nude accessories are a classic go to and pearl earrings are a polished finishing detail.
