Three Affordable Thanksgiving Outfits

Three Affordable Thanksgiving Outfits

The holiday season is finally upon us starting off with everyone’s favorite eating holiday - Thanksgiving! And while I personally will be celebrating in old sweats, I encourage to dress up a bit if you’re leaving the house. (I always encourage that to be honest.) You don’t have to dress to the nines or forgo comfort to do that (but if you are going to a formal dinner I have an option for you too) But of best of all, all of these pieces are under $100.

Here are three affordable Thanksgiving outfits!

Casual

Sweater // Scarf // Bag // Shoes // Pants

If you’re having a casual dinner or just hanging out at Friendsgiving, this outfit has the comfort and ease of lounge clothes but is a bit more presentable. Start off with an oversized knit sweater (great for hiding that food baby!) and pair with loose fit joggers. Slide into a pair of printed flats and cozy up with a coordinating scarf. And make sure you bring your big tote bag and tupperware. I know sis. I know.

Relaxed Dressy

Coat // Shirt // Pants // Earrings // Bag // Shoes

Now if you're the cultured auntie or poppin’ cousin, you might wanna fancy it up a bit. This is also a great stunt on your ex man at friendsgiving fit. Start with a simple pair of black jeans and add in a pretty printed flowing top (think of the food baby!) Get a fresh coat of paint on those toes and slip them into an edgy pair of open toe boots. And of course every bad bish needs a bad bish coat like this one from boohoo. Finishing with edgy earrings and a cute bag.

Formal

Dress // Earrings // Clutch // Shoes

For those among us spending $56 on greens from Neiman Marcus, anything less than formal attire just won’t do. So break out that little black dress, but with a twist. A wrap dress is another food baby hiding machine, but the tuxedo feel elevates the look. Pop in some color with punchy colored heels and very elegant tassel earrings. This outfit calls for a clutch so no go to plate for you in your bag ma’am!
